If you are not satisfied with any product that you purchased from EuropeanLighters.com, you may return it in original condition within 10 days of purchase for full credit or refund.

Directions for Returns:

Please call our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within three days of receipt of your order to expedite the return(s). When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged when it reached you.
