This limited warranty covers mechanical parts only and excludes damages resulting from accident, misuse, tampering, or abuse. The outer case finish is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is valid for return by the consumer directly to the service center. This warranty applies and is enforceable only to the original purchaser. All implied warranties including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose are limited in duration to two years from date of original purchase in no event will S.T.DUPONT be responsible for consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
